are there any ladies that had the fertility test carried out, where the doc shoot dye in you to see if any of your?
tubes are blocked? if so, is this a painful procedure? and what is the name of this process?

The process you are describing is known as a hysterosalpingogram or, HSG. It is not a pleasant process, and can result in cramping – but there is normally no acute discomfort.
