James Rogerson's brother really did give him a book entitled Museum Without Walls--and then he died, at the age of thirty-four. How many of us have possessions that, through extraordinary circumstances, become tools of enlightenment, empowerment or, perhaps most precious, comfort as we seek to understand life's treasures and cruelties?
